Need some help staying on track with your fitness journey? Here are a few tricks to help you stay on track.
1) Don't focus on the number of your weight: Sometimes people focus too hard on the number of pounds on their bodies. DON'T DO THIS! A pound of mayo looks a lot different than a pound of chicken. Just because your weight isn't going down doesn't mean your not getting healthy. Focus on your waistline instead. 2) Cut out sugar: This is a hard one. If you need to wein yourself off, find snacks and drinks with low levels of sugars until you can cut it out completely. 3)Drink lots of water: Just do it. It's healthy. 4) Cut out late night meals: Set a time in the evening that you don't eat after. 5)Eat when you're hungry: Pack healthy snacks if you get hungry between meals. Never starve yourself. 6)Get plenty of sleep 7)Get on a consent workout schedule: This will help make working out a habit. 8)Make goals: Having goals helps you make a schedule and feel accomplished when you meet them. 9)Have a good support system: A good support system will help you stay on track and keep you meeting your goals. 10)Reward yourself: Make sure you reward yourself when you meet a goal. How Trying Fitness Works 1) Come in between now and November 14th to receive a punch card. 2)Present this at each session you attend to receive a stamp 3) If you come 2 days, you will get a keychain 4) If you come 5 days, you will have the choice of having a free class or $10 Smooth Eats coupon 5) If you come 7 days, you will be entered into a raffle for a free month of our gym. 5 winners will be picked.
